When you book an appointment I reserve that time and space just for you. Therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to come to your appointment for any reason. All appointments with less than 24 hours notice will need to be charged 50% of the service cost.

Barring exceptional circumstances, if your cancellations and rescheduling becomes frequent, I will no longer be able to provide you services due to the loss of income.

Please cancel your appointment if you are sick. If you are displaying symptoms (coughing, sneezing, stuffy/runny nose, etc.) though don’t believe yourself to be sick or contagious, please wear a mask. Also, if you are more comfortable wearing a mask I will gladly join you.
